Free online guides for understanding your pregnancy, baby, child or teenager’s brain
Did you know that free online parenting guides are available for families through the Children and Family Health Surrey website?
These guides have been written by experts and offer families the opportunity to understand their child’s emotional development to support relationships and parenting challenges as they grow. They contain advice relevant to expectant parents, parents and carers of children of all ages including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). There is also a course aimed at teenagers to help them understand their brain.
The guides cover:

- Understanding your baby
- Understanding your child 0-19 years
- Understanding your teenager's brain
- Understanding your brain (for teenagers only!)
