We are passionate about making a difference and are always on the lookout for ways to make our services even better.
Friends and Family Test
First Community Health and Care are proud to work with IWantGreatCare our technical partner to provide the Friends and Family Test to our service users.
The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback on the care and treatment you receive and to help improve services. It was introduced in 2013 and asks service users whether they would recommend services to their friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment. The test allows you to give quick feedback on the quality of the care you receive, giving us a better understanding of the needs of our service users and enabling continuous improvements to our services.
We encourage everyone who uses a First Community service to give us feedback either via your preferred method of choice (visit this page). You should receive a Friends and Family Test form as part of our service. Please ask your healthcare professional for more details.
Our latest FFT feedback is shown below.
Care Quality Commission
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of all health and social care services in England. First Community was inspected in March/April 2022 and was rated Good.
The CQC carries out routine inspections of our services. You can read our reports on the CQC website.
