This service aims to provide specialist advice to help people who suffer with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
Pre-appointment Form
You may have been referred by your GP for dietary advice relating to IBS and received an opt-in letter with a pre-appointment form to complete and return. If you would like to complete this form electronically, you can request a copy by emailing fchc.firstdietitians@nhs.net
Please note: The team can only see patients who have been referred to the service by a GP in the east Surrey / West Sussex area. If you have not yet been referred, please speak to your GP about a referral to the service.

Further dietetic input
If you have watched the above webinar and are still suffering from significant symptoms two months after implementing the dietary advice that's recommended, please contact 01293 600314 or email fchc.firstdietitians@nhs.net to request further dietetic input. You will be offered an appointment with the specialist dietitian in due course.
Please note: The team can only see patients who have been medically diagnosed with IBS and have been referred to the service by a GP in the East Surrey / West Sussex area.
If you have active inflammatory bowel disease or have had a bowel resection and are suffering with non-IBS symptoms, then please ask your GP to refer you to your gastroenterologist.
Our dietetics services are delivered at several locations across east Surrey and Sussex including in Crawley, Horsham, Oxted, Redhill, Horley and Caterham.
